Muchos de los productos se encuentran en los supermercados durante todo el año, porque se producen en otros estados, pero ¡no son tan frescos! Este tabla muestra la temporada alta para comprar frutas y verduras frescas en la Florida en los mercados del agricultor, locales y puestos de venta en la carretera. Las frutas y verduras cosechadas en su punto tienen mejor sabor y características nutricionales.
