A Re-evaluation of Bruun's Rule and Supporting Evidence

Abstract

The writer has some remarks of clarifying nature to Dubois's well-written paper. Some misunderstandings or misinterpretations still seem to exist and they justify corrective remarks. As stated by BRUUN (1962, 1983, 1988) "the rule" has some definite boundary conditions.
