Phillip E. Savage, University of Michigan

Phillip Savage is Professor of Chemical Engineering at the University of Michigan. He received his BS from Penn State in 1982 and his MChE (1983) and PhD (1986) from the University of Delaware. all in Chemical Engineering. His research and teaching interests focus on the rates. mechanisms. and engineering of organic chemical reactions. Current research deals with reactions that can be used for hydrogen production from liquid fuels. for environmentally benign chemical synthesis and for waste treatment.
